SMITH, Judge.

Eric Straite was indicted on a charge of trafficking in cocaine. OCGA § 16-13-31(a)(1). He moved to suppress the contraband, and after a hearing his motion was granted. The State moved for reconsideration of the trial court's order suppressing the evidence, and the trial court granted the State's motion. The case was then tried before a jury, which found Straite guilty. His motion for new trial, as amended...
