Appellant, plaintiff in a medical malpractice suit in the Circuit Court for Frederick County, appeals from that court's entry of judgment for the defendants, private family health care practitioners in Emmitsburg, Maryland, following a jury verdict in their favor after a nine day trial in December, 1997. Because we agree with Appellant on a number of the issues she has raised, we shall reverse and remand the case to the Circuit Court for Frederick County...
