Appellant Mariano Serratos-Beltran ("Appellant") appeals his jury conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute more than 100 grams of heroin, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and use of a person under 18 years of age in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 861(a)(2).
