On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal and the motion to remand are considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we ORDER that the prosecutor show cause in writing, in this Court, within 28 days after the date of this order, why this case should not be remanded to the Wayne Circuit Court for an evidentiary hearing on the defendant's claims of ineffective assistance of trial counsel.
