After a nonjury trial, the Superior Court convicted the defendant, Robert J. Man, on two counts of first-degree child molestation and one count of second-degree child molestation. On appeal,1 the defendant argues that in rendering her judgment, the trial justice erroneously relied upon inadmissible hearsay and upon evidence tending to bolster the credibility of the child-victim witness.
