On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the August 19, 1998, order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the April 8, 1998, decision of the Workers' Compensation Appellate Commission, and REMAND the case to the WCAC for consideration of the other issues raised in the defendant's appeal from the October 7, 1996, decision of the magistrate.
