WITTIG, Justice.

Appellant, Ralph Edward Johnson, pled guilty before a jury to the offense of murder. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 19.02 (Vernon 1994). The jury assessed punishment at ninety-nine years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. In two points of error, appellant asserts the trial court erred by failing to properly admonish him before his guilty plea and admitting improper expert testimony...
