The primary issue in this appeal involves the interpretation of two public access fishing easements purchased by the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission in 1964. The district court ruled that the landowners along the easements must remove all objects and structures from the full 50-foot width of the easements. Because we agree that the owner of an easement with defined width, length, and location has the right to the area unhampered by structures...
