Sonnie P. Harmon sustained a work-related injury and was awarded workers' compensation benefits by a single judge of the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court. A review panel affirmed the trial judge's award of permanent total disability benefits, reversed the trial judge's determination of Harmon's average weekly wage and remanded for a recalculation of the temporary total disability benefits, and reversed the award of attorney...
