Ameritech Michigan (Ameritech) appeals as of right an opinion and order of the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC), which finds that Ameritech sent a misleading and anticompetitive bill insert to its customers in violation of the Michigan Telecommunications Act (MTA), 1991 PA 179, amended by 1995 PA 216 and 1998 PA 41, M.C.L. § 484.2101 et seq.; MSA 22.1469(101) et seq.
