This case involves actions for foreclosure and unjust enrichment, with counterclaims for a declaration of redemption rights and an accounting. Defendants appeal, raising nine assignments of error. Plaintiff cross-appeals, raising two assignments of error. The central issues on appeal relate to the parties' foreclosure, redemption, and restitution rights.
