[¶ 1] Vincent Robinson appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Mead, J.) after a jury verdict convicting him of two counts of gross sexual assault (Class A), 17-A M.R.S.A. § 253 (Supp.1998), and one count of criminal restraint (Class D), 17-A M.R.S.A. § 302 (1983 & Supp.1998).
