This case arises out of a single-vehicle accident in which the passenger of a modified Toyota pickup truck was killed. The truck, which had been raised and equipped with large 33-inch tires manufactured by defendant/appellee, Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Company (Uniroyal), rolled over several times after the driver lost control of the truck in an attempt to avoid hitting a dog on the road.
