This case involves the Echols County Superior Court's denial of an adoption petition filed by an Alabama couple, Allan G. and Brenda Stroh, appellants. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm the trial court's denial of the adoption of the child, T.M.G.,1 but reverse the trial court's refusal to grant custody of the child to the appellants while they pursue an adoption in Alabama...
