MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the court on plaintiff Amy Holman's motion to remand this action to the Circuit Court of Baldwin County, Alabama. After carefully reviewing the law and considering the submissions of the parties,1 the court concludes that the motion will be granted.
