Norman Anthony King ("King") appeals his criminal conviction and sentencing following a jury trial in the District of Nevada. King was convicted of one count of bank fraud and three counts of wire fraud. The district court imposed a sentence of 51 months imprisonment, 5 years of supervised release, and $94,000 restitution.
