Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. appeals the judgment of the trial court awarding Terri Sholl $647,430.32. In six points of error, Wal-Mart challenges: (1) the admissibility of Sholl's experts' testimony, (2) the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence establishing proximate cause, actual notice, and supporting the jury's damage award, (3) the factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's finding of negligence...
