Jeremiah Harris is a deaf man who pled guilty to a sex offense. He was given a Special Sexual Offender Sentencing Alternative (SSOSA), but later violated conditions of that sentence. Ultimately, the court revoked his suspended sentence. Harris argues that the court's failure to provide a signing interpreter during meetings with his probation officer violated both a state statute and his right to due process....
