In this maritime action, the accident occurred when a drilling rig worker was injured while leaving a crewboat which transported him to the rig. After settling the plaintiffs maritime and Jones Act claims, the Jones Act employer and the crewboat owner tried this action in state court to determine the apportionment of fault between them.
