[¶ 1] Raymond St. Laurent appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) in favor of Daigle Commercial Group, Inc., (Daigle, Inc.), a commercial real estate broker, on its action to recover brokerage fees on the basis of promissory estoppel. St. Laurent also appeals a summary judgment in favor of J.P. Maloney Auction Co., Inc., (Maloney, Inc.) on St. Laurent's claim for contribution or indemnity with respect to damages...
