Defendant, Sutherland's Lumber Co. ("Sutherland"), appeals the trial court's judgment finding it liable for Plaintiff's, Clinton Henderson's ("Mr.Henderson"), injuries sustained in a fall which occurred on Sutherland's property. The trial court found no comparative fault on the part of Mr. Henderson and entered judgment against Sutherland in the principal amount of $50,000.
