The trial court dissolved a writ of sequestration obtained by Robert and Josette Hargett and awarded attorney's fee damages to the defendants. Robert and Josette Hargett appealed complaining on various procedural grounds that the judgments dissolving the writ of sequestration and awarding damages were null and void. We affirm.
