GREENWOOD, Associate Presiding Judge:

¶1 Plaintiff Laina Roundy appeals from a jury verdict denying her damages in a personal injury suit as a result of the jury's finding that she was sixty percent negligent and defendant, Travis Staley, was forty percent negligent. Roundy claims the trial court erred in refusing to grant her a new trial based on the improper admission and nondisclosure of testimony and a surveillance video that impeached testimony...
