Appellant has failed to comply with several orders of this court which directed him to serve his initial brief within a time certain, despite the warnings contained in those orders that his appeal was subject to dismissal if the brief was not filed and served as ordered. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby dismissed. Appellant's pending motions are denied as moot.

DISMISSED.
