Charles Jerome Grant was found guilty by a jury on one count of robbery by sudden snatching. His motion for new trial, as amended, was denied, and he appeals. Finding no error, we affirm.

1. Grant filed a motion to set aside and vacate his conviction in the trial court because the record did not show that the jury had been sworn. In support of this motion, he attached the court reporter's affidavit, which recited that the reporter had listened...
