To address concerns raised in the motion for rehearing, we withdraw our earlier opinion and judgment issued May 27, 1999 and substitute this one in its place. After a fire destroyed their home, appellees David and Barbara Pickens sued appellant Doyle Wilson Homebuilder, Inc. ("Doyle Wilson")1 and appellee Terry Maxwell Electric, Inc., for various causes of action related to the construction and sale of the house...
