This matter stems from a traffic accident. Bobbie Wiley and her husband, Alvin, filed suit against Antonio Bruins and his insurer Safeway Insurance Company. Immediately before trial, Safeway tendered its policy limits of $10,000.00 to the Wileys. After trial, the Pineville City Court found Antonio Bruins 100% at fault in causing the accident, and awarded the Wileys an additional $3,792.50 in damages, together with rental car expenses of $1,207.50, attorney...
