The administratrix of her estate seeks an order which would limit the amount of compensation due a genealogical firm which located 35 previously unknown heirs in Great Britain and Ireland. While the parties dispute whether the agreement between the genealogical firm and the heirs is unconscionable or void against public policy, clearly the issue is not properly before the court.
