OPINION

Opinion by Justice ROSS.

Larry Dean Freeman was charged with two counts of intentionally and knowingly delivering a controlled substance of more than one gram but less than four grams, by actually transferring the controlled substance. Both cases, cause numbers 25,387-B and 25,389-B, were consolidated for trial. Freeman was tried by jury and found guilty. The jury assessed punishment in each case at imprisonment for life. He now appeals his conviction...
