Daniel Harmon, Jr., appeals his conviction on four counts: two counts of use of a communications facility (in this case, a telephone) to commit a drug felony, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b), one count of possession of methamphetamine with the intention of distributing it, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and one count of attempting to distribute methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1)...
