Defendant appeals as of right from his jury convictions of two counts of embezzlement of property belonging to oneself and another, M.C.L. § 750.181; MSA 28.378, and one count of larceny over $100, M.C.L. § 750.356; MSA 28.588.1 The court sentenced defendant to forty-eight months of probation, including one year in the county jail. The sentence provided for the suspension of 270 days of the jail time if defendant paid...
