PEATROSS, J.

Defendant, Janet H. Counts, pled guilty to one count of simple burglary, a violation of La. R.S. 14:62. The State dismissed the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a violation of La. R.S. 14:92. Defendant was sentenced to serve four years imprisonment and ordered to make restitution for the items taken in the burglary and the damage occasioned to the store.
