In our original opinion, we held that a defendant who receives deferred adjudication probation after his plea of guilty or nolo contendere may appeal the voluntariness of his original plea either (1) at the time he is placed on deferred adjudication probation or (2) at the time he is finally adjudicated and punishment assessed, regardless of when that occurs.
