POPOVICH, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant Neill Breslin appeals from his summary conviction for underage drinking1 following a trial de novo in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. Upon review, we reverse and remand for consideration of appellant's motion to suppress.

¶ 2 We adopt the facts as set forth in the trial court's opinion.
