Defendant-Appellant Abel Longoria appeals the district court order dismissing his motion to suppress certain audio and video taped conversations between Mr. Longoria and his co-defendants. Mr Longoria argues the tapes, recorded by a government informant, are inadmissible because the government recorded the conversations without the prior court approval required under Title III of the Omnibus Crime...
