Alvaro Daniel Ramirez and Arthur Emmith Smith, Jr., appeal their jury convictions for conspiracy to import marijuana (21 U.S.C. §§ 952, 960 and 963), importation of marijuana (21 U.S.C. §§ 952 and 960), and possession with intent to distribute marijuana (21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1)), and aiding and abetting (18 U.S.C. § 2).
