On September 14, 1996, Mary Thielmier was injured when she fell while walking off of a stage at the Isle of Capri Casino ("Isle") in Bossier City, Louisiana. As a result of this accident, she filed the present personal injury suit against the Isle. Since some of the allegations of the Isle's negligence were based upon the conduct of Christopher Nolan, the celebrity impersonator that Thielmier was watching, the Isle named Four Star Entertainment, Nolan...
