SALMON, Judge.

On June 30, 1998, appellant, Donathan Wayne Cooper, was arrested and charged with distribution of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, resisting arrest, and two charges of second degree assault. A jury trial was commenced on November 24, 1998, in the Circuit Court for Washington County. The jury found Cooper guilty of all charges, and the court sentenced appellant as follows...
