Robert Doerhoff appeals the district court's1 grant of summary judgment in favor of his former employer, McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), on Doerhoff's claim that MDC terminated him in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (1994). We affirm.
