GREEN, Judge.

Clyde Edward Royster appeals the judgment adjudicating him guilty of eight counts of dealing in stolen property. He also appeals his sentence of 38.85 months in state prison. Royster raises several points, one of which is dispositive. We reverse for a new trial.
