On February 4, 1994, defendant, Gus Dasaky, was arrested and indicted under No. 94-CR-6193 for the offenses of armed violence and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. On April 25, 1994, defendant signed a debriefing and consideration agreement with the Cook County State's Attorney's office (CCSAO) in order to minimize his sentence.
