PER CURIAM.

The State moves that we dismiss the appellant's appeal for want of jurisdiction. We deny the motion.

On May 26, 1998, appellant entered a guilty plea to the offense of sexual assault. Appellant received four years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
