Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School ("University") for sexual harassment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the University and Dr. Samson Jacob, former chairman of the University's Department of Pharmacology & Molecular Biology ("Department"), for common law fraud.
