Robert J. Upson (husband) appeals from the order modifying child support payable to Tina Y. Upson, n/k/a Tina Y. Fontenot (wife). We reverse and remand with directions.

The parties' marriage was dissolved in August 1997 and they agreed that husband would pay $1150 per month child support under a shared custody arrangement. At that time, husband was paying wife maintenance of $2000 per month plus a percentage of the distributions he received...
