¶ 1 These are consolidated appeals brought by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and by the City of Pittsburgh from Orders granting Appellees' motions for discovery and dismissing charges against Appellees and from Orders denying the City of Pittsburgh's Motion for Reconsideration of Order to Produce Records and Quash Subpoenas. We quash the appeal brought by the City of Pittsburgh and reverse the trial court's order dismissing the charges filed against...
