TOM GRAY, Justice.

Appellant, Jerry Wayne Margoitta, was convicted of indecency with a child, sentenced to ten years in prison and placed on ten years probation. He did not appeal that conviction. After eight years, his probation was revoked, and he was then sentenced to ten years in prison. Margoitta brings this appeal of the amount and the conditions of his bail pending appeal.
