[¶ 1] Raymond, Psonak and Janet Rita, Psonak appeal the grant of a summary judgment by the Superior Court (York County, Perkins, A.R.J.) to Peter and Patricia Roberts in an action for ejectment brought by the Psonaks against the Robertses.
