LEHMAN, Chief Justice.

Appellants Anne L. Cowardin and George Bach (Purchasers) appeal the district court's order denying their motion for attorney fees and rejecting their claim for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. We find the district court properly denied Purchasers' motion for attorney fees and affirm that portion of the judgment.
