OPINION

PER CURIAM.

A jury convicted the defendant of first-degree murder and felony-firearm, but the Court of Appeals reversed on the ground that he was denied the effective assistance of trial counsel. We reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeals and remand the case to the Court of Appeals for further consideration.
