Defendant Linda Talbbet appeals from her conviction, following a jury trial, of first-degree murder. She contends the district court erred in overruling her motion for judgment of acquittal due to allegedly insufficient evidence she possessed sufficient mental ability to act willfully, deliberately, and with premeditation.
